The 45-minute Wellness Coaching session helps members in several ways.
We can work through any difficult or troubling situations you may be dealing with.
We can work on setting goals in any area of your life and a process for helping you achieve those goals.
We can work through steps to increase confidence, offer techniques to overcome roadblocks and help achieve new levels of emotional freedom, happiness, and success.
We can work on deciding what you want in life and what you would like to experience. We will go through seven areas in your life: financial, career, recreation and free time, physical fitness and health, relationships with family and friends, personal goals, and community service, contribution and legacy. Then we will work on a process to work toward achieving what you want.
