Haunted Forest at Camp Anderson

Step into the woods for a haunted house–style adventure outdoors! Walk a predetermined trail through Camp Anderson’s forest, where costumed characters, eerie scenes, and unexpected surprises bring the woods to life. *If you are registering with the Skagit Valley Family YMCA for the first time, a parent or guardian must show a valid photo ID before the youth can enter the event. A photo will be taken of the parent/guardian and the youth for verification purposes in our system.

📍 Key Logistics

  • Location: Camp Anderson
  • Parking & Shuttle: Drive to Conway Elementary School (19710 WA-534, Mount Vernon, WA 98274. Free shuttles run to and from Camp Anderson.
  • Registration: Register online or in person the day of the event at Conway Elementary.
  • Date: Saturday, October 25
    • Family-Friendly (4:00–6:00 PM): Best for younger children. Fewer props and a gentler spooky atmosphere.
    • Full Scare (6:00–8:00 PM): Best for older kids, teens, and adults. Darkness brings a scarier, more intense experience.

Bring your friends and family, dress for the outdoors, and get ready for an unforgettable forest adventure!
